Occupied Laayoune, February 24, 2024 (SPS)- Moroccan repressive forces besieged yesterday the houses of the family of the martyr Said Abdel Wahab Dambar in the occupied city of Laayoune, since the early morning, and prevented a group of Sahrawi solidarity activists from reaching the house and participating with the family in the commemoration of the 158th month of the assassination of the martyr Said Abdel Wahab Dambar, using live bullets by the occupation police, according to what was reported by the Sahrawi Association ASVDH

In the same context, the house of Sahrawi human rights defender Ali Salem Tamek was subjected yesterday to siege by other groups of Moroccan occupation forces, as a group of Sahrawi activists and defenders were prevented and brutalized from reaching the house and participating in a press conference that was scheduled to be organized by CODESA at the aforementioned house.

The Moroccan occupation forces continue to besiege the occupied part of Western Sahara, confiscate all rights, and prevent all freedoms, while allowing only activities that serve its colonial policy and promote false theses externally that have no relation to the reality of the dire human rights situation in the occupied territory of Western Sahara.
