Wilaya of Dakhla, September 26, 2024 (SPS) - The President of the Republic, Secretary-General of the Polisario Front, Mr. Brahim Ghali, chaired Thursday, in wilaya of Dakhla, the 5th Regular Session of the National Secretariat of the Polisario Front.
The 5th Regular Session of the National Secretariat discusses the developments of the Sahrawi issue, evaluates the national action on various fronts since the last 4th Session, and defines the major tasks for the next phase, always referring back to the resolutions of the 61th Congress of the Polisario Front, especially the national action program.
In his opening remarks, the President of the Republic, Secretary-General of the Polisario Front, Mr. Brahim Ghali, referred to the aftermath of the heavy rains and floods that struck the wilaya of Dakhla, in the Sahrawi refugee camps, causing serious damage, expressing gratitude and appreciation to all who have contributed to alleviating the impact of the disaster, from all national authorities and bodies and others.
He also paid tribute to the fighters of the Sahrawi People's Liberation Army, who have created an immortal experience, heroic epics, and a glorious history.
He also saluted the masses of our people everywhere, as they write new chapters of resistance and steadfastness every day, expressing his satisfaction with the level of overall performance and response to national programs, embodying the struggle of our people on all fronts, and the regularity and stability of basic services.
