Bir Lahlu (Sahrawi Republic), April 14, 2026 (SPS) – The Ministry of National Defense announced that units of the Sahrawi People’s Liberation Army (SPLA) has carried out a qualitative operation against Moroccan occupation forces in the Tishla sector.
The military communiqué issued by the Ministry of National Defense highlighted that, within the framework of ongoing combat operations, units of the Sahrawi People’s Liberation Army conducted an operation on Tuesday, directly striking a fixed surveillance and reconnaissance system relied upon by the Moroccan occupation army for early detection.
The statement added that the operation took place in the Kalb Dhalim area in the Tishla sector, where Sahrawi combat units successfully hit the target with precision using appropriate weapons, resulting in significant losses for the enemy in both equipment and personnel.
In a related context, units of the Sahrawi People’s Liberation Army also targeted enemy forces on Sunday along the front line of the Moroccan occupation military defensive wall, using suitable weapons, causing casualties and injuries among the occupation forces.
