Madrid (Spain), January 28, 2025 (SPS) - The representative of the Polisario Front in Madrid, Khadijatu Mokhtar, participated in the work of the 16th Labor Union Conference in Madrid, at an official invitation from the General Secretary of the General Union of Workers.
The conference included representatives from political parties, employers, and international labor union representatives from various countries.
On the international front, speakers called for the role of labor unions in protecting rights and upholding the principle of sovereignty over borders, emphasizing that the current international situation requires concerted efforts to support just causes and the struggles of peoples.
The participation provided an opportunity for the Sahrawi delegation to meet with several officials and representatives of parties and unions that have friendly and supportive relations with the struggle of the Polisario Front.
