Awserd, March 09, 2024 (SPS) - President of the Republic, Secretary General of the Polisario Front, Mr. Brahim Ghali, honored on Saturday in Awserd Wilaya some Sahrawi women who have proven their worth in many fields in the service of liberation and construction.
This took place during the celebration of the double anniversary of Women's Day and the Fall of the First Martyr, which was organized by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Women's Advancement.
The ceremony was attended, alongside the President of the Republic, by the Secretary of the Political Organization, member of the National Secretariat, Mr. Amarbih Al Mami, member of the National Secretariat, President of the National Council, Mr. Hamma Salama.
Women representatives from various institutions were also present, where their vital role in the decisive struggle of the Sahrawi people and their effective contribution in various fields such as administration, health, and education were praised.
