Bir Lehlou (Sahrawi Republic), September 25, 2026 (SPS) –President of Republic, Secretary General, Brahim Ghali, sent a congratulatory message to Botswana President Duma Gideon Boko on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of Botswana’s independence, conveying his sincere wishes for prosperity and well-being to the brotherly people and government of Botswana.
In his congratulatory message, President Ghali also expressed his full commitment to deepening bilateral relations between the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic (SADR) and the brotherly Republic of Botswana, and to strengthening joint efforts to further develop relations between the two countries.
President Brahim Ghali praised the steadfast and distinguished positions of the State and people of Botswana in support of the Sahrawi people’s just cause and their legitimate right to self-determination and independence.
