Shaheed Al-Hafed, April 27, 2025 (SPS) – The 21st session of the Health Coordination and Consultation Roundtable was held today at the headquarters of the Ministry of Public Health, under the supervision of Minister of Public Health, Salek Baba Hassana.
The roundtable was attended by Bouhbouhini Yahya, President of the Sahrawi Red Crescent; Abida Hadiya, Head of the Social Committee of the National Council; alongside representatives of health-supporting organizations, officials from the Ministry of Public Health, and national media outlets.
The 21st session of the Coordination and Consultation Roundtable discussed key topics, including: The strategic plan of the Ministry of Public Health, medical care, preventive health programs, medicines and medical equipment, veterinary and animal health, human resources, among others.
The current session of the Health Coordination and Consultation Roundtable, held on April 27–28, delved into detailed discussions on programs related to: Reproductive health, the comprehensive health program for Sahrawi children, vaccination, training, medical missions, health awareness.
Additionally, future prospects for cooperation in the health sector were outlined for the upcoming period.
