Windhoek (Namibia), March 21, 2025 (SPS) - The President of the Republic , Secretary-General of the Polisario Front, Mr. Brahim Ghali, participated Friday morning in the inauguration ceremony of the Namibian President, Ms. Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah, and the celebrations marking the 35th anniversary of Namibia's independence.
In her speech on the occasion, Ms. Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah reaffirmed Namibia's solidarity with the Sahrawi people in its struggle for self-determination, pledging to continue the path of her predecessors in the development and progress of Namibia.
The new Namibian President, Ms. Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah, took the constitutional oath, officially assuming the presidency from her predecessor and ushering in a new era in leading Namibia.
