Bir Lahlou (Liberated Territories), 22 October 2023 (SPS) - Units of the Sahrawi People's Liberation Army (SPLA) have targeted positions of the Moroccan occupying forces in the Mahbes sector, the Sahrawi Ministry of Defense indicated Sunday in its military communiqué 897.
"Advanced units of the SPLA have targeted the entrenchments of the Moroccan occupying forces in the regions of Chidhmia and Ros Essabti (Mahbes) through intensive bombardments," said the communiqué.
Previously, advanced units of the SPLA had bombarded the fortifications of the Moroccan occupying forces in the regions of Amegli Edechra and Amegli Etchatara in the Amgala sector.
The attacks by the SPLA continue against the Moroccan occupation forces, who are suffering heavy human and material losses along the Wall of Shame, concluded the communiqué.
