Algiers, November 02, 2024 (SPS) – The President of the Republic, Secretary General of the Polisario Front, Mr. Brahim Ghali, received Mr. Esteban Silva Cuadra, President of the Associations of Solidarity with the Sahrawi People in Latin America and the Caribbean, and Mr. Pablo Sepulveda Allende, grandson of former Chilean President Salvador Allende, a doctor who heads the Latin American Foundation, which bears the name of the late Chilean President.
The meeting, which took place in Algiers during President Brahim Ghali's participation in the celebrations commemorating the 70th anniversary of the Algerian Glorious November Revolution, was attended by member of the National Secretariat of the Polisario Front, Sahrawi Ambassador to Algeria, Abdelkader Taleb Omar, and touched on the latest developments in the Sahrawi cause and the activity of the solidarity movement with the Sahrawi people in Latin America.
It is noteworthy that President Brahim Ghali participated in the celebrations commemorating the Algerian revolution, at the invitation of his Algerian counterpart, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune.
