Bir Lehlou (Sahrawi Republic), June 16, 2024 (SPS) - The President of the Republic, Secretary-General of the Polisario Front, Mr. Brahim Ghali, has sent a congratulatory message to his Algerian counterpart, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, on the occasion of Eid al-Adha.
In the congratulatory message, President Brahim Ghali said, "Allow me, on the occasion of Eid al-Adha, to address your Excellency, in my own name and on behalf of the people and government of the Sahrawi Republic, and through you, to the brotherly Algerian people, with the best congratulations and sincerest wishes."
President Brahim Ghali affirmed that the Sahrawi people, on the occasion of Eid al-Adha, "can only address the brotherly Algeria, government and people, with the most sincere expressions of gratitude, appreciation and thankfulness for its steadfast principled positions alongside its just struggle, which draw from the pure Islamic religion and its noble values, and from the principles of the glorious Revolution of November 1st and the ancient history of Algeria, and its adherence to international law and international humanitarian law and the Charter and resolutions of the United Nations and the African Union."
