Nairobi (Kenya), April 21, 2024 (SPS) - At the invitation of the Minister of Communication and Digital Economy of the Republic of Kenya, Minister of Economic and Financial Affairs, Mr. Mohammed-Mouloud Mohammed-Fadel, is taking part in the African Conference on the Digital Economy, held from Monday to Thursday in the Kenyan capital, Nairobi.
The high-level conference, officially inaugurated by Kenyan President William Ruto, aims to shed light on the digital economy as the main driver of economic growth and development.
According to the organizers, the conference is attended by several heads of neighboring countries. It will provide an opportunity for African leaders, investors, and stakeholders to address comprehensive issues related to the digital economy.
The Minister is accompanied by the accredited Sahrawi Ambassador to Kenya, Mr. Mohammed-Limam Mohammed-Ali Sidi-Bashir, and the First Counselor at the Embassy of the Sahrawi Republic in Kenya, Alaa Sidi-Ahmed Omar.
