Helsinki (Finland), 12 February 2024 (SPS) - The art exhibition in the Finnish capital, Helsinki, hosted a presentation yesterday on the latest developments in the Western Sahara issue, delivered by the representative of the Polisario Front in Finland, Ms. Mahfouza Rahal.
In her lecture, the diplomat discussed the military, political, and international developments of the Western Sahara issue, focusing on the current situation on the ground as a result of the direct confrontation with the Moroccan occupation following the Moroccan breach of the ceasefire agreement on 13 November 2020.
The Sahrawi official also addressed the situation in the occupied territories and the suffering of the Sahrawi people in the occupied cities due to repression and harassment by the Moroccan security forces and their violation of human rights there.
