Boumerdes (Algeria), August 20, 2026 (SPS) – President of the 14th Summer University for Executives of the Polisario Front and the Sahrawi State, National Secretariat member and Minister of Cooperation Ms. Fatima Mahdi, affirmed that the success of this training event would not have been possible without the concerted efforts of the various institutions, bodies, and parties that contributed to the success of the Summer University.
She made the remarks during the closing ceremony of the 14th edition of the Summer University for Executives of the Polisario Front and the Sahrawi State, which was named after the martyr Sidi Ahmed Ballal Hadda.
The President of the Summer University expressed the gratitude and appreciation of the Sahrawi people, conveyed through the executives participating in the event, for the warm welcome and generous hospitality they received during their stay in Boumerdes Province. She stressed that the hospitality they experienced reflects the depth of the fraternal and solidarity-based relations uniting the Algerian and Sahrawi peoples.
She also praised the high quality of the program featured at the Summer University, including the valuable lectures and presentations delivered throughout the event, which addressed various political, legal, media, social, and economic issues. She considered these contents an important addition for the participants, contributing to enhancing their knowledge and developing their capacities in various areas of national work.
Fatima Mahdi affirmed that the participating Sahrawi executives, who came from various parts of the national body, would return home carrying with them a rich experience and new achievements, along with feelings of appreciation and gratitude toward Algeria, its people, and its institutions for the support and hospitality they provided in ensuring the success of this important event.
