Wilaya of Boujdour, 9 December 2023 (SPS) - Member of the National Secretariat, Prime Minister Mr. Bashraya Hamoudi Beyoun, received Friday a delegation from the Galicia region after concluding their visit to the city of Boujdour and its institutions.
The reception took place at the headquarters of the Wilaya, in the presence of the Governor, Mrs. Dih Mohamed Shaddad, and council members, along with members of the Galicia delegation, consisting of political figures, journalists, and representatives of civil society components in the region.
During his speech on the occasion, the Prime Minister praised the positions of support and solidarity that the Sahrawi cause enjoys among the various components of the Galician society, commending the leading role played by these components on both the political and humanitarian levels.
for his part, the head of the Galicia delegation, Mr. Juan Antonio González, expressed his admiration for the resilience of the Sahrawi people and its determination to continue its struggle through all means to regain their rights. He pledged to continue the cooperation of his region with the Sahrawi people and affirmed the commitment of the delegation's members to continue advocating for the Sahrawi cause.
