Wilaya of Smara, September 15, 2025 (SPS) - The Minister of Education and Vocational Training, a member of the National Secretariat of the Polisario Front, Abdelkader Taleb Omar, on Sunday officially launched the 2025/2026 school year from the Martyr Mohamed Mohamed Salem Mohammed Najem Middle School in the Daira of Mahiriz.
The minister, accompanied by a delegation, attended the raising of the national flag at the educational institution, where he observed the complete readiness and suitable conditions for children's schooling.
The Minister reviewed the conditions for starting the school year at the Martyr Brahim Mohammed Ahmed Primary School and the Martyr Ghouth Swailem Kindergarten in the Daira of Gdiriya, where the delegation examined both educational institutions, including classrooms, school supplies, and staff.
The Minister inaugurated a new kindergarten named after the martyr Mohammed Salama Mohammed in the Daira of Farsiya. This facility will help alleviate overcrowding and bring the institution closer to the residences of young children, providing services that meet the educational needs of future generations.
It is noteworthy that today, under the supervision of national and regional committees, all educational institutions, including kindergartens, primary schools, middle schools, and pedagogical training institutes, were opened nationwide in good conditions.
