Bir Lahlou (Liberated Territories), 10 July 2025 (SPS) - Units of the Sahrawi People's Liberation Army (SPLA) have targeted rear bases of the Moroccan occupation forces in the Oum Dreiga sector, inflicting heavy human and material losses, according to a military statement issued Thursday by the SPLA Political Commissariat.
"Advanced units of the SPLA carried out intense bombardments on Tuesday against rear bases of the Moroccan occupation army, specifically targeting the command headquarters of the so-called 'Oum Dreiga subsector,' resulting in heavy losses among the occupation forces," the statement said.
The SPLA attacks continue, "inflicting heavy human and material losses on Moroccan occupation forces along the Wall of Shame (berm), as well as in support bases, reinforcement positions, and command posts," the same source added.
