Auserd Wilaya, June 17, 2026 (SPS) – The President of the Republic, Secretary-General of the Polisario Front, Mr. Brahim Ghali, warned of a fierce and systematic campaign being led by the Moroccan occupying state, with the support of forces of oppression and Zionism, aimed at undermining national unity and discrediting the Sahrawi people's struggle for liberation.
In his keynote address to political and organizational executives during the Meeting of Political Secretaries and Commissars, President Brahim Ghali highlighted the occupation's malicious tactics. These include the large-scale trafficking of drugs to support organized crime networks and terrorist groups, as well as attempts to sow division and tribalism, diminish national achievements, and exploit the negative aspects of social media.
The President of the Republic stressed that the current struggle is an “existential battle” that requires sounding the alarm. He called on all active social and organizational forces to remain constantly mobilized and vigilant, prioritize national interests, protect the national identity, and safeguard the institutions of the Sahrawi state.
