SPLA targets positions of Moroccan occupation soldiers in Guelta sector

Bir Lehlou (Liberated Territories), May 28, 2025 (SPS) – Units of the Sahrawi People's Liberation Army (SPLA) carried out precision strikes targeting enemy positions of the Moroccan occupation forces in the Guelta sector, inflicting "heavy losses in lives and equipment," indicated a military statement issued by the Central Directorate of Political Affairs of the Sahrawi Army.

The statement confirmed:"This morning, Wednesday, our advanced units launched concentrated bombardments on an enemy outpost belonging to the invading army in the Lthrathiyat area of the Guelta sector. Additionally, enemy trenches in the Ashark Al-Sidra area of the same sector were shelled, resulting in significant casualties among the ranks of the enemy."
