Pristina (Kosovo), May 17, 2025 (SPS) – A Sahrawi delegation representing the Youth and Student Unions is taking part in the World Conference of the International Socialist Youth Organization, hosted in the Kosovar capital, Pristina.
The delegation includes the Head of Foreign Relations of the Student Union, along with the Coordinator of External Affairs for the Youth Union. They are joined by 160 young men and women from 43 countries around the world.
The conference also saw the participation of leaders and officials from Kosovo and the European Union, including the Prime Minister of Kosovo and the Prime Minister of Greece representing the EU, as well as parliamentarians and former ministers from Eastern European governments.
On the second day of the conference, the Sahrawi delegation presented two key recommendations, on the right of the Sahrawi people to self-determination and independence, and the resilience and resistance of the Sahrawi people.
