Bir Lehlou (Liberated Territories), April 21, 2025 (SPS) – The President of the Republic , Secretary-General of the Polisario Front, Mr. Brahim Ghali, sent a message of condolence today, Monday, to His Eminence Cardinal Kevin Farrell, responsible for managing the affairs of the Vatican and all Christians worldwide, following the death of Pope Francis.
"We received with profound sorrow and emotion the news of the passing of His Holiness Pope Francis. In the face of this immense loss, I extend to you, on my own behalf and on behalf of the people and government of the Sahrawi Republic, and through you to the family of the deceased and to the Vatican as a whole, our deepest condolences and most sincere sympathies," said President Brahim Ghali in his message.
