Windhoek (Namibia), June 22, 2024 (SPS) - Ms. Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah, Deputy President of the Republic of Namibia, clarified that her country's positions in support of the Sahrawi people's cause are firm and unwavering and will accompany the just struggle of the Sahrawi people for freedom and self-determination.
During her reception of the Sahrawi Ambassador, Mr. Hamdi Khalil Mayara, Ms. Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah stressed that these positions stem from the revolutionary history of the Namibian people and the SWAPO Party, which rejects all forms of foreign domination and colonialism. She pointed out that Namibia's position in support of the Sahrawi issue is fully in line with the positions of the friendly countries.
The meeting also addressed the distinguished bilateral relations and ways to develop them.
