Quito (Ecuador), 25 November 2023 (SPS) - Member of the National Secretariat of the Polisario Front, Minister of Education and Vocational Training, , Mr. Khatri Addouh, representing the President of the Republic, Secretary-General of the Polisario Front, Mr. Brahim Ghali, participated Thursday in the inauguration ceremony of the new Ecuadorian president , Mr. Dania Noboa.
The inauguration ceremony, which took place at the headquarters of the Ecuadorian National Assembly, was attended by heads of state and government, dignitaries, and invited guests from various countries.
The Minister expressed his sincere wishes to the new president Noboa, wishing him success in his new duties, praising the relations of friendship and cooperation that bind Ecuador to the Sahrawi Republic.
