Bir Lahlou (Liberated Territories), 25 February 2025 (SPS) - Units of the Sahrawi People's Liberation Army (SPLA) carried out "intense" bombardments targeting a headquarters of the Moroccan occupation army command in the Guelta sector, causing "heavy human and material losses," indicated a military statement released Tuesday by the Central Directorate of the Sahrawi Army's Political Commissariat.
The statement stated that advanced detachments of the SPLA conducted intense bombardments on Monday, targeting a headquarters of the Moroccan occupation army regiment in the Guelta sector.
The SPLA's attacks continue against the positions of the Moroccan occupation forces, which are suffering heavy human and material losses along the Wall of Shame (sand wall), the statement concluded.
