Oviedo (Asturias), February 14, 2025 (SPS) - The Principality of Asturias hosted the proceedings of the 28th Conference of Parliamentary Groups for Peace and Freedom for the Sahrawi People, with the attendance of a Sahrawi delegation led by the Vice President of the National Council.
According to its organizers, the conference aims to strengthen international support for the legitimate struggle of the Sahrawi people for self-determination and freedom.
The conference continues its deliberations on coordinating parliamentary groups to maintain political pressure and promote legislative initiatives that support the Sahrawi people in its struggle for self-determination.
This meeting is considered a key opportunity to further advance the vision of the Sahrawi cause and reaffirm the commitment of international parliamentarians to peace and freedom in Western Sahara.
