Shaheed El-Hafed, January 9, 2025 (SPS) - Swedish climate and environmental activist Ms. Greta Thunberg praised the resilience of the Sahrawi people and its commitment to its legitimate right to freedom and self-determination.
This came during her solidarity visit to the Sahrawi refugee camps and her participation in the International Solidarity Conference with the Sahrawi People held in the wilaya of Boujdour, where Greta Thunberg witnessed the steadfastness of the Sahrawi people and its adherence to its legitimate right to freedom and self-determination through meetings with various segments of the Sahrawi population.
The Swedish activist condemned the international community's failure to fulfill its commitments to the Sahrawi people and its just cause, calling on it to take responsibility for finding a solution that enables the Sahrawis to determine their own destiny.
