Bir Lehlu (Liberated Territories), 9 October 2024 (SPS) - On Wednesday, units of the Sahrawi army conducted shelling targeting the command headquarters of a Moroccan occupation army brigade in the Amgala sector, according to a military statement issued by the Central Directorate for Political Commissariat of the Sahrawi People’s Liberation Army.
The statement indicated that the Sahrawi liberation army "carried out concentrated shelling Wednesday targeting the command headquarters of an enemy brigade in the Okleib Al-Ach area within the Amgala sector."
The statement noted that the attacks by the Sahrawi army are ongoing, "resulting in significant losses in lives and equipment" among the ranks of the occupying forces.
