Bir Lahlou (Liberated Territories), 9 March 2024 (SPS) - Units of the Sahrawi People's Liberation Army (SPLA) targeted a military base of the Moroccan occupation soldiers in the Mahbes sector on Saturday, causing heavy losses in lives and equipment, indicated a military communiqué issued by the army's political commissariat.
The military communiqué stated that "in the context of the liberation war waged by the Sahrawi army, detachments of the army carried out a concentrated bombardment targeting a base of the Moroccan occupation soldiers in the Laakid area of the Mahbes sector, which caused significant losses in the ranks of the Moroccan army."
The Sahrawi People's Liberation Army continues its military operations, inflicting heavy losses in lives and equipment on the Moroccan occupation army entrenched behind the separation wall (of shame and humiliation).
