Birlahlou (Liberated Territories), 23 December 2023 (SPS) -Units of the Sahrawi People’s Liberation Army (SPLA) targeted today, Saturday, a Moroccan base and an advanced guard point in the Mahbes sector, resulting in significant losses in lives and equipment.
The military communiqué issued by the Central Directorate for Political Affairs of the Sahrawi People's Liberation Army indicated that, as part of the liberation war and the continued combat operations of the Sahrawi Army fighters, units of the Sahrawi People's Liberation Army targeted a Moroccan base in the Rous Sabti area in the Mahbes sector. Advanced detachments of SPLA fighters also carried out intense shelling targeting an advanced Moroccan guard point in the Oudi Damran area in the same sector.
The military operations carried out by the Sahrawi People's Liberation Army continue to target enemy positions and entrenchments along the wall of shame, inflicting heavy losses in lives and equipment in the ranks of the Moroccan army.
