Shaheed El-Hafed, April 6, 2026 (SPS) – The member of the National Secretariat, President of the National Council, Mr. Bachir Mustapha Sayed, received at the headquarters of the National Council the members of the Sahrawi Republic in the Pan-African Parliament, Ms. Saniya Ahmed Merhba and Mr. Habib Boukhris.
This meeting comes within the framework of the consultative meetings he is holding with various bodies and structures of the Sahrawi National Council.
During the meeting, the members of the Pan-African Parliament provided an overview of the work of this continental advisory parliamentary body and the role of Sahrawi representatives, who hold an important position within the structures of the Pan-African Parliament.
The discussion also reviewed ways to develop parliamentary work at the African level, deepen cooperation with the parliaments of friendly and brotherly countries, and activate joint action in service of the national cause and the causes of the continent.
