Madrid (Spain), November 22, 2023 (SPS) - The Spanish city of Toledo will host the forty-seventh edition of the Conference of the European Coordination for the Support and Solidarity with the Sahrawi People (EUCOCO), on the 1st and the 2nd of December 2023, according to what the European Coordination reported.
The organizers of this event, which will bring together delegates from all over Europe and from other countries, stressed that this initiative has become a distinguished annual event for the European Solidarity Movement, attracting delegations from the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic, representatives of European institutions and parties, academics, jurists, and a large audience of solidarity movements.
This conference, the last edition of which was held in Berlin, represents a valuable opportunity to evaluate the current situation and develop a plan for the foreseeable future that includes various fields. To this end, four workshops (strengthening the Sahrawi State, human rights, media and politics, and natural resources) will be organized, each of which will focus on the main concerns of the Polisario Front and the Sahrawi Republic.
