SPLA Units target Moroccan occupation bases in Mahbes sector

Bir Lehlou (Sahrawi Republic), September 9, 2026 (SPS) – Units of the Sahrawi People's Liberation Army (SPLA) targeted Moroccan occupation bases and defensive positions in the Mahbes sector, inflicting losses among the occupation forces.

According to a military communiqué issued by the Ministry of National Defense, advanced SPLA detachments carried out concentrated shelling on Wednesday morning, targeting enemy bases and fortified positions in the Laagad area of the Mahbes sector.
