Shaheed El Hafed, April 20, 2026 (SPS) – National Secretariat member, Adda Ibrahim Ahmeim, officially assumed Today, Monday, his duties as the Minister of Public Health, succeeding Salek Baba Hasna, who was appointed Minister of Public Service, Personnel and Administrative Promotion.
The handover ceremony was supervised by the Prime Minister, member of the National Secretariat, Bouchraya Hammoudi Bayoun, in the presence of the Secretary-General of the Government, Salama El Bashir, as well as officials from the Ministry of Public Health and members of the Social Committee of the National Council.
The handover process included the presentation of a comprehensive report on the health situation in the Sahrawi Republic.
This transition comes in accordance with a presidential decree issued by the President of the Republic, Secretary-General of the Polisario Front, Mr. Brahim Ghali, through which a partial reshuffle at the government level was carried out.
