SPLA targets Moroccan occupation military positions in Mahbes sector

Bir Lehlou (Sahrawi Republic), April 5, 2026 (SPS) – Units of the Sahrawi People’s Liberation Army (SPLA) carried out attacks on Moroccan occupation military positions in the Mahbes sector, causing losses among the occupying forces.

A military communiqué issued by the Sahrawi Ministry of National Defense stated that Sahrawi fighters conducted concentrated shelling on Sunday, resulting in significant damage within enemy military positions in the Mahbes sector.

Attacks by the Sahrawi People’s Liberation Army continue, inflicting heavy losses in lives and equipment among the Moroccan occupying army along the wall of “shame and disgrace.”
