SPLA target Moroccan occupation army positions in Hawza sector

Bir Lehlou (Sahrawi Republic), February 9, 2026 (SPS) – Units of the Sahrawi People’s Liberation Army (SPLA) targeted Moroccan occupation army bases and fortifications in the Hawza sector, inflicting heavy losses in lives and property.

The military communiqué issued by the Ministry of National Defense highlighted that advanced units of Sahrawi fighters carried out Saturday a concentrated bombardment targeting fortifications of the Moroccan occupation army north of Ahreisha Deirt in the Hawza sector.
