Shaheed El-Hafed, 28 December 2025 (SPS) – The Sahrawi media community stressed the need to develop an integrated media strategy that enables media outlets to play their role in confronting the enemy’s media propaganda.
In a recommendation issued on National Media Day, the media community called for working to establish a comprehensive media strategy based on activating the national mechanism for public discourse, in order to enable media institutions to play their role in confronting the enemy’s policies.
The recommendation emphasized the need to strengthen the relationship between media institutions and the Secretariat of Political Organization, as a safeguard against the propaganda and misinformation promoted by hostile media outlets and platforms, and to make optimal use of leaflets and statements refuting rumors issued by the Secretariat of Political Organization to reinforce media discourse.
The recommendation also stressed the need to take into account the specific nature of the human element, and to search for means capable of attracting qualified personnel and enhancing their stability.
