
Bir Lahlu (liberated territories), February 13, 2025 (SPS) – Units of the Sahrawi People's Liberation Army (SPLA) carried out concentrated shelling targeting positions of the Moroccan occupying army in the Mahbes sector, resulting in "heavy losses in lives and equipment," indicated a military statement issued by the SPLA Central Directorate for Political Affairs.
In this regard, advanced detachments of SPLA carried out strikes on the headquarters of a Moroccan battalion and a base in the area of Amitir Lmekhinza in the Mahbes sector on the night of February 12. Enemy bases were also targeted in Kararat al-Farsik in the same sector.
These strikes, which are part of the ongoing war of attrition, resulted in significant losses among the Moroccan occupation army hiding in the holes and trenches of “the Wall of Shame and Humiliation, concluded the statement.
