
Addis Ababa (Ethiopia), February 13, 2025 (SPS) – The Minister of Public Health arrived Thursday morning in the Ethiopian capital, Addis Ababa, to take part in the Third Annual Ministerial Forum of the Executive Leadership Program of the African Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (African CDC).
The forum is taking place at the Sheraton Hotel in Addis Ababa, with the attendance of several African health ministers and high-level officials, to address the strengthening of leadership in health and the commitment of political leaders to develop resilient and sustainable health systems on the continent.
The Sahrawi Minister held several meetings with his counterparts from African countries on the sidelines of the forum, as well as with officials from the African Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, where they exchanged views on ways to cooperate and strengthen health capacities to face the challenges confronting health systems on the continent.
