Shaheed Al-Hafed, September 8, 2024 (SPS) - The Minister of Education and Vocational Training, Khatri Adouh, confirmed that education in the Sahrawi Republic is moving towards achieving quality education, which will be a focus of ongoing efforts. He made this statement during a ceremony honoring the top students in the Baccalaureate exams.
In his speech, Minister Khatri Adouh highlighted the significant efforts made by the Sahrawi state to educate its children, emphasizing that education has been free and compulsory from the very beginning.
The minister stated that the achievements in this field are not matched by independent countries in our African region, where thousands of children do not have access to education.
He urged students to pursue studies in science and technology, especially artificial intelligence, due to its necessity and because it will shape the future of the world.
