Shaheed El Hafed, May 10, 2024 (SPS) - The Sahrawi People's Liberation Army (SPLA) has reaffirmed its commitment and loyalty to the principles of May 20th and its firm determination to continue the liberation struggle to achieve full sovereignty over the entire territory of the Sahrawi Republic.
The Ministry of National Defense, in a statement issued by the Central Directorate of the Political Commissariat of the SPLA on the occasion of the 51st anniversary of the founding of the POLISARIO Front, renewed the commitment of the SPLA to follow in the footsteps and example of the martyrs.
The SPLA takes this opportunity to congratulate the Sahrawi people in the camps of dignity, in the occupied cities, in particular, Sahrawi activists and political prisoners languishing in Moroccan prisons for the sole crime of defending their right to freedom and rejecting the occupation.
"With the Sahrawi People's Liberation Army at the forefront... nothing will deter our people from achieving their sacred, inalienable, imprescriptible, and non-negotiable rights through all legitimate means," said Brahim Ghali, President of the Sahrawi Republic, Secretary-General of the POLISARIO Front, on the occasion of the 48th anniversary of the proclamation of the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic.
