Caracas (Venezuela), March 08, 2025 (SPS) - The ambassador assigned to a mission at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Mohamed Azroug, accompanied by the accredited Ambassador in Caracas, Mr. Mohamed Salem Rguibi, held Saturday political consultations and meetings with Venezuelan representatives and diplomats.
These meetings provided an opportunity to review the state of bilateral relations between the two countries and explore ways to enhance them in various areas of cooperation, particularly in the fight against colonialism, the promotion of sovereignty, and support for the self-determination of peoples. This is in line with the continuation of the Memorandum of Understanding recently signed between the two countries, which stipulates regular political consultations between the two governments.
Among these meetings was one with the Executive Secretary of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Latin America, and another with the Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs for African Affairs, held at the headquarters of the Venezuelan Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
