Shaheed Al-Hafid, July 11, 2024 (SPS) - A delegation from Dominica has begun a visit to the institutions of the Sahrawi State, during which it will learn about the reality of the Sahrawi people and the functioning of its institutions.
The delegation, chaired by the President of the United Workers Party, began its visit by meeting with the Minister of Education and Vocational Training, Member of the National Secretariat, Khatri Addouh, where the delegation listened to explanations about the reality of the Sahrawi educational system and what the Sahrawi state provides in the fields of education and training.
The delegation, accompanied by the Ambassador in charge of the Caribbean, Mohamed Azrough, also led a field visit to the Al-Bashir Al-Saleh Health Complex, where the delegation received comprehensive explanations about the Sahrawi health system and the efforts made by the Sahrawi state to ensure comprehensive health for the citizen.
The visit agenda also includes meetings with a number of Sahrawi officials, including meetings with the Minister of Social Affairs and Women's Promotion, Souilma Beirouk, and the Governor of the Wilaya of Boujdour, Al-Diah Mohamed Shaddad. It will also lead field visits to the Association of the Families of Sahrawi Prisoners and Disappeared and the National Museum of Resistance.
