Shaheed Al-Hafed, May 8, 2024 (SPS) - Mr. SalEk Baba Hassana, the Minister of Public Health, received a delegation from the Italian organization Africa 70, at his ministry's headquarters.
The meeting, attended by the Secretary-General of the Ministry, discussed a comprehensive assessment of various cooperation projects related to veterinary and animal health, which bring together the Ministry of Public Health and the organization, as well as ways to enhance and develop them.
During the reception of the delegation, the Minister of Public Health expressed his full gratitude and appreciation to the organization for its continuous efforts in supporting an important field within the Ministry of Public Health, as well as their continuous support to the Central Directorate of Veterinary and Animal Health and the success of its programs.
The delegation, during the meeting, affirmed the organization's readiness to continue support and coordination in order to develop joint health projects.
The meeting also discussed the need to deepen the experience of cooperation between the Ministry of Public Health and the organization in various other health programs.
