Shaheed El Hafed, September 20, 2026 (SPS) – The Minister Delegate to the Prime Minister in charge of Oversight, Inspection, Protection of Public Property and Relations with Parliament, Mr. Fadali Ali Bouya, delivered today, Sunday, a lecture focusing on inspection and evaluation as tools for prevention, correcting deficiencies, and enhancing the efficiency of State institutions.
The lecture, held as part of the second phase of the training course for officials of the Sahrawi State, was attended by ministers, advisers, secretaries-general of ministries, members of the General Staff of the Army, and central directors.
In this context, Fadali Ali Bouya elaborated on key issues, foremost among them the concepts of inspection and evaluation and their role in improving performance, as well as their importance as mechanisms for oversight and inspection and for enhancing the performance of officials and employees within institutions.
The lecture also addressed the role of inspection and evaluation in improving decision-making mechanisms and the responsibility of managers in ensuring the success of this process. It concluded with an explanation of performance measurement indicators and how these processes can be used to enhance efficiency and professionalism.
