Ambassador Brahim Mohamed Mahmoud presents his credentials to Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel

Havana (Cuba), 06 December 2025 (SPS) — Diplomat Brahim Mohamed Mahmoud was received by Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel, who accepted his credentials as Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Sahrawi Republic to Cuba.

Following the meeting, Ambassador Brahim Mohamed Mahmoud emphasized the depth of the historical relations linking the Sahrawi and Cuban peoples.

The Ambassador to Cuba reaffirmed his commitment to continuing efforts to develop and strengthen bilateral relations between the two countries in service of the just objectives and shared values uniting the two brotherly nations.
