Wilaya of Auserd, 25 November 2025 (SPS) – The 11th Congress of the Youth Union of Saguia El-Hamra and Río de Oro (UJTSARIO) began today, Tuesday, with the participation of the Head of the Political Organization Secretariat, Mrabih El-Mami Dai, Prime Minister Buchraya Hamoudi Beyoun, as well as members of the National Secretariat, the government, the General Staff of the Army, and foreign delegations that maintain relations of friendship and cooperation with the Youth Union.
Participants in this youth gathering will work on formulating the Union’s action strategy for the next four years, in addition to electing the Union’s leadership (the Secretary-General and members of the Executive Bureau).
The proceedings of the 11th Congress of UJTSARIO — held under the slogan “Sahrawi Youth… Mobilizing Energies to Face Challenges” — will continue until 27 November.
