Shaheed El Hafed, 22 September 2026 (SPS) – In implementation of the decision of the 10th Ordinary Session of the National Secretariat, the National Secretariat is holding an extraordinary session today, Tuesday, under the chairmanship of the Secretary-General of the Polisario Front, President of the Republic, Mr. Brahim Ghali.
The session will focus on reviewing the latest developments in the national cause and preparing for important upcoming milestones and events, including the 51st anniversary of National Unity, the start of the new social year, the convening of the United Nations General Assembly, the meeting of the United Nations Security Council, and the holding of the 17th Congress of the Polisario Front.
In this context, the National Secretariat discusses and enriches the documents prepared by the working groups established to conduct studies in various areas of the National Action Programme and the democratic experience. These documents will subsequently be referred to the National Committee to be established to oversee the preparatory process for the 17th Congress of the Polisario Front.
