Shaheed El Hafed, August 24, 2026 (SPS) – Member of the National Secretariat, Minister of Public Health, Mr. Adda Brahim Ahmim, accompanied by the ministry’s Secretary-General and several central and departmental directors, conducted an inspection visit today, Monday, to several health facilities at the National Health Complex, Martyr Bashir Saleh, to assess on the ground the implementation of health programs and the delivery of services across the various hospital units.
The field inspection included the Central Ophthalmology Department, the new Gynecology and Obstetrics Center, where the minister reviewed the progress of construction works, as well as the Emergency Department and the Surgical Unit.
During the visit, the delegation also reviewed preparations being made ahead of the arrival of foreign medical missions.
