Boumerdes, August 11, 2025 (SPS) – Algerian political parties on Tuesday renewed their full and unconditional support for the Sahrawi cause and the inalienable right of the Sahrawi people to freedom and independence during the opening of the 14th edition of the Summer University for Executives of the Polisario Front and the Sahrawi Republic, held at M’Hamed Bougara University in Boumerdes.
The Algerian political parties unanimously reaffirmed their steadfast support for the Sahrawi people and its cause until it achieves its right to freedom and independence, stressing that their position stems from the principles and values of the glorious November 1 Revolution, which championed justice and just causes.
The Algerian parties that renewed their position and support for the Sahrawi people during the opening ceremony of the 14th edition of the Summer University were the National Liberation Front (FLN), the Future Front, the Hope Algeria Rally (TAJ), and the New Algeria Front.
In the context of solidarity and expressing their firm position in support of the Sahrawi people in its struggle, representatives of the Algerian People’s National Assembly and the Algerian Council of the Nation expressed, in speeches delivered during the opening of the Summer University, their absolute solidarity with the Sahrawi cause. They voiced their admiration for the resilience of the Sahrawi people and their conviction that the Sahrawi people will ultimately prevail in their existential struggle.
