Madrid (Spain), 24 March 2026 (SPS) – The Secretary-General of the Youth Union of Saguia El-Hamra and Rio de Oro (UJSARIO), Ali Mohamed Salem, was received by the Spanish Minister of Youth and Children, Ms. Sira Rego.
The meeting discussed ways to develop cooperation in the youth sector and exchange experiences in guidance and training, in addition to supporting joint programs that serve Sahrawi youth and strengthen their presence on the European and international scene.
Both sides also emphasized the importance of building a long-term strategic partnership that would allow Sahrawi youth to participate effectively in international forums and contribute to the development of educational, cultural, and sports activities, in a way that enhances responsibility and discipline among younger generations.
